1. ABOUT US

This website and store are operated by AGNS LIFESTYLE COMPANY, a Wyoming corporation based in Florida, doing business as Always Grateful / Never Satisfied (“AG/NS”).

Throughout these Terms, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to AGNS LIFESTYLE COMPANY. “You” refers to anyone accessing our website or purchasing our products.

Our store is powered by Shopify. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy, govern your use of our website and purchases from us.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

1. USING OUR WEBSITE

You must be legally able to enter into a purchase agreement, or have permission and supervision from a parent or guardian where applicable.

You agree to provide accurate contact, billing, and delivery information. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and notifying us of suspected unauthorized use.

You may not use our website for unlawful activity, fraud, infringement, harassment, introducing malicious software, or interfering with the website’s operation or security.

1. PRODUCTS AND DESCRIPTIONS

We aim to describe and display our products accurately. Colors may appear differently depending on your device and display settings. Size guides provide guidance and should be reviewed before ordering.

Product availability, descriptions, and prices may change. Changes do not override your rights relating to an order already accepted by us.

Where an item is offered for preorder, the applicable product page or purchase information will identify the expected dispatch timing.

1. ORDERS AND PAYMENT

When you submit an order, you offer to purchase the selected products. An automated order acknowledgment confirms receipt of your order but does not by itself guarantee availability or acceptance.

We may decline or cancel an order for a legitimate reason, including unavailable stock, suspected fraud, payment failure, an incorrect delivery address, or a material pricing error.

If we cancel an order after payment, we will notify you and promptly refund the amount paid for the canceled products and any related charges that must be refunded.

If we identify a material pricing error, we will contact you before proceeding at a different price. You may decline the revised price and receive a refund.

Please contact support@agns.lifestyle promptly if you need to change or cancel an order. We will try to accommodate requests before shipment. Your statutory cancellation rights remain unaffected.

1. PRICES AND PROMOTIONS

The currency and charges applicable to your order will be shown during checkout. Shipping, taxes, duties, and other charges will be displayed or explained as applicable.

Discount codes, bundles, and promotions may have eligibility requirements, exclusions, or expiration dates disclosed with the offer. Discounts cannot be combined unless expressly permitted.

1. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Our Shipping Policy explains processing, delivery estimates, and international shipping.

We will take reasonable steps to meet the dispatch timing communicated when you order. If we cannot ship within the applicable timeframe, we will provide any delay notice, cancellation option, and refund required by law.

If a shipment is lost, damaged, or incorrectly delivered, contact support@agns.lifestyle so we can investigate and arrange an appropriate resolution. Nothing in these Terms transfers a delivery risk to you where applicable law makes us responsible.

1. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The website’s branding, designs, text, photographs, graphics, video, and other content are owned by AGNS LIFESTYLE COMPANY or used with permission, except where otherwise identified.

You may use our website for personal shopping and informational purposes. You may not reproduce or commercially exploit protected content without permission or another lawful basis.

Purchasing a product does not transfer intellectual property rights in its branding or design.

1. REVIEWS AND SUBMITTED CONTENT

If you submit a review, photograph, or other content for publication on our website, you confirm that you have the necessary rights and that your submission is truthful and does not infringe another person’s rights.

You give us a nonexclusive, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, and reasonably format that submission in connection with our website and promotion of the reviewed products.

Sales through this store are between you and AGNS LIFESTYLE COMPANY. Shopify provides the platform and is not the seller of our products.
