Returns (U.S. Orders)
We offer free returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition
- Tags must still be attached
- Proof of purchase is required
To start a return, email us at justin@agns.lifestyle and we’ll take care of you.
If your return is approved, we’ll send you a prepaid return label along with simple instructions.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get a different size or item is to place a new order and return the original item.
That said—if you need help, reach out and we’ll guide you through the best option.
International Orders
At this time, international orders are considered final sale.
However, if something arrives damaged or there’s an issue with your order, please email us at justin@agns.lifestyleand we’ll do our best to make it right.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives.
If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away at justin@agns.lifestyle so we can resolve it quickly.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:
- Final sale items
- Gift cards
- Custom or personalized products
If you’re unsure about an item, feel free to reach out before purchasing.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
If it’s been more than 15 business days since approval, reach out and we’ll help track it down.
