ELIGIBILITY
The AG/NS Monthly Giveaway is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers and immediate family members of the Sponsor are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.

The giveaway is sponsored by AGNS Lifestyle Company, located at 1175 Seminole Rd Atlantic Beach FL 32233, referred to in these rules as the “Sponsor.”

GIVEAWAY PERIOD
The giveaway begins when published and continues until the Sponsor announces its conclusion. Each monthly entry period begins at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time on the first day of the calendar month and ends at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on the final day of that month.

HOW TO ENTER
Visit the AG/NS Monthly Giveaway landing page and submit a valid email address and email-frequency preference. Limit one entry per person.
Eligible entrants will remain entered in subsequent monthly drawings while subscribed to AG/NS marketing emails. Entrants may unsubscribe at any time. Unsubscribing will not affect eligibility for a drawing whose entry period has already ended.
No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win.

PRIZE
One winner will receive $100 in AG/NS store credit each month. Store credit may be used at agns.lifestyle, has no cash value and cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash. Any expenses not specifically included in the prize are the winner’s responsibility.

WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION
One potential winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries after the conclusion of each monthly entry period. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
The potential winner will be contacted using the email address provided at entry and must respond within seven days. If the potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the required period or is otherwise ineligible, the Sponsor may select an alternate winner.

By entering, each entrant agrees to these Official Rules and the Sponsor’s decisions, which are final. The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify entries involving fraud, abuse, tampering or violation of these rules.
The Sponsor may suspend, modify or terminate the giveaway if circumstances beyond its reasonable control affect its administration, security or fairness. Any changes will apply only as permitted by law and will be posted on this page.

How do I join the Academy?
You can purchase the Academy on our website and we will create a trainerize account for you and connect with you directly
How quickly will I see results?
Results come with the discipline to follow the program. If you give it your all, you will definitely see results in the first 30 days and within 90 days you will see significant transformation.
How many days a week is the workout?
Most weeks are 5-6 days, but be prepared to get some level of exercise every day.
How long is each workout?
Typically one hour...a good portion of that time is spent on a very intentional warm-up to prime you body for its best possible performance every day.
How is the Academy different from other programs?
